Desktop Screen Shots

Desktop Home	This is the first screen that openup when you run MyCar Desktop Reporting Tool. Summary of your data is displayed on this screen. You can choose the date range to filter down the data on this screen.
Gas Fills and Mileage	Gas fill records are displayed on this screen. You can filter the records by vehicle, category and date range. A custom date range can also be supplied. Double clicking on each row takes you to the detailed information for that particular record. The graphical analysis button on this screen takes you to the graphical analysis report. The records can be printed from this screen by hitting the print button at the bottom.
Maintenance	Maintenance records are displayed on this screen. You can filter the records by vehicle and date range. Double clicking on each record takes you to the detailed information for that particular record.
Insurance	This screen is for displaying the insurance information. The filters work similar to other screen and the detailed information for a particular record can be viewed by double clicking on the record.
Parking	Parking records are displayed on this screen.
Trips	Trips can be viewed on this screen. You can print the trips after filtering them for particular category. Many users find this useful for printing business trips.
Membership	You membership (like AAA) information is displayed here.
Cars	You can view all your vehicles here. To view detailed information for a vehicle, just select the record and the info will be displayed at the bottom. Along with the info for a vehicle, a mileage graph is also displayed on the side - for quick glance.
Car Parts	Get the list of all your vehicle parts. Print and take it to your mechanic for replacements. Many users who like to service their vehicles themselves like this feature a lot.
Drivers	View the drivers' info on this screen.
Expense Report	A detailed expense report can be viewed and printed off of this screen. The report can pull all expenses for a car or all cars. Records can be filtered in a fashion similar to others screens. You can maximize the report window for viewing. The print button at the bottom prints the report.
Mileage Report	Detailed mileage report can be viewed and printed from this window.
Mileage Graph	Graphical analysis may help you analyze your car's performance.
